Are gay people becoming the new Christian’s “witch”
What would you call someone who believes that gay people are “caught in the clasp of Satan?”
Despite threats of a boycott, Home Depot chairman Frank Blake has refused to bow down to the American Family Association’s demand that the retail giant stop sponsoring gay events.
The AFA's executive vice president, Buddy Smith, attended a Home Deport board meeting Thursday to present Blake with a petition bearing almost half a million signatures of those who say they’ll stop shopping at the home improvement store until the company opts to "remain neutral in the culture war."
Smith told Bryan Fischer that Blake responded by reiterating Home Depot’s commitment to promoting diversity and vowing to “continue down the very track they’re going.”
My hat’s off to Frank Blake, for refusing to bow down to the demands of this superstitious moron and hateful homophobic and deluded Christian cretin. Frank Blake is the chairman and CEO of The Home Depot. Buddy Smith is the vice president of the American Family Association (AFA) -- a conservative organization that supports a constitutional amendment defining marriage as strictly between a man and a woman.
The AFA’s use of fear and hate mongering, and outright lies and deception, in their efforts to remodel the nation into their version or vision of a “Christian nation,” and a Christian nation which conforms to their deluded worldview, is nothing new. In 2007, the AFA vehemently opposed the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act (Senate Bill 909), while falsely claiming that the law would in effect, make illegal all of the anti-gay hate speech that was currently being spouted from the pulpit – and that even the use of “man and woman,” could become a hate crime.
So what would you call someone who believes that gay people are “caught in the clasp of Satan?” I believe that we should view these deluded cretins in the same light as we would view someone standing in the town square 500 years ago, and proclaiming that the town was under an evil attack from “witches,’ and demanding that we start burning the “witches,” in an effort to rid the town of the evil; these ignorant people are deluded – and as rational thinking people, we need to stop giving any credence to their superstitious and deluded bullshit – lest we find ourselves being tied to stakes, alongside all of the other new “witches” (freethinking atheist and gay “witches”). Frank Blake did in fact give no credence to the threats of the boycott poised by the AFA’s Buddy Smith, and his list of the “500,000” other hateful, superstitious and deluded Christian idiots and morons. And in essence saying: “fuck you, and fuck your hateful and ignorant delusion, and fuck the horse that you rode in on” – well, at least, that’s how I would have responded.
Thanks Frank Blake! And I will be doing a lot more of my shopping at The Home Depot.

Sharron Angle:
When was the last time that we heard a candidate say, that they have entered a political race because god had spoken to them - let’s see – Gorge W. Bush? Sharron Angle is even sicker in the head than Bush is; and she makes Sarah Palin look like a world scholar. But one can’t help respecting this ignorant mentally-ill Christian for saying what’s really on her deluded-mind. In essence; we need to depend on god and jesus for all of our needs – is this why Christians are so opposed to any and all government social program which actually helps people? Let’s see, god lets millions of children die each year of starvation and easily curable illness because god just has better things to do – like saving drug-addicts and alcoholics from their own willful destructive behavior.

Will Jesus return this Easter Sunday? I hope so!
I recently overheard a group of Christian proselytizers, telling people that President Obama is the antichrist, and jesus will return before the end of Obama’s first term in office. An old lady replied: “is this just more of that 2012 doomsday bullshit?” The proselytizer then said: “No, I believe he’s coming back on this next Easter Sunday, so you better get ready!”
As I was still standing there wondering what would make someone believe something as silly as this? I started daydreaming about what mode of transportation jesus might use if he did return on Easter Sunday – would he arrive on a spaceship? Or would he descend from the clouds as a 700 foot tall jesus, as some have speculated he will, and would the earth stop spinning as some have said. I thought, his dad is old-school – you know, the way he killed people by flooding the earth, when he could have just spoken and poofed everyone dead? I found the logistics of this just mindboggling, but then it hit me; what would be a better day for jesus to return than on Easter Sunday. Finding all his Christians would be so easy; as most will be in church that day, and worshiping him.
About the time when I was deep into my daydream, I started hearing the voice of one of the proselytizers, who was now barking at me and saying: “you better repent and get ready bro, this maybe our last week together here on earth.”
I then put my hand on his shoulder, and looked him straight in the eyes and said: “I hope so bro; the world will be so much a nicer place for all the rest of us, when all of you deluded people are gone!”

Hate in Haiti:
With respect to the jailed hikers in Iran, Secretary of State Clinton has stated;
"As we have said repeatedly, we call on Iran to release all of the American citizens that they have currently detained. We believe they're being unjustly detained and that they should be released without further delay."
The hikers are being held on espionage charges.
With respect to the ten American missionaries being held, Secretary of Clinton has stated,
"Obviously, this is a matter for the Haitian judicial system. We're going to continue to provide support as we do in every instance like this to American citizens who have been charged and hope that this matter can be resolved in an expeditious way, but it is something that a sovereign nation is pursuing based on the evidence that it presented when the charges were announced."
Why the double standard toward the Christian missionaries?
Why not treat them the same as the hikers in Iran and demand their immediate release?
It is clear that the Obama Administration is not applying the same standard to the missionaries in Haiti as they are to those jailed in Iran.
The same rule should be applied to both situations. That is, the call for the missionaries immediate release without any more delays.
These Christian missionaries should not be treated as second class citizens by President Obama and Secretary of State Clinton.
Rev. Patrick Mahoney along with Rev. Rob Scheck met this week with Haitian Ambassador Joseph in an attempt to secure their release.

Embryonic Stem Cell Research: And Christian Ignorance
I’ve been following the reactions of the rightwing Christian asshole’s who are now calling President, Barack Hussein Obama, a baby and child killer; over his decision to restore federal funding of stem cell research…..
Christian Newswire: WASHINGTON, Mar. 9 -- In a time when America is spiraling down into an abyss of debt, joblessness and economic turmoil President Barack Hussein Obama has been putting a great deal of his time into a big push to kill as many children as possible.
Obama has been President for less than two months and in that time he has overturned the Mexico City policy which means American tax dollars will be used to pay for foreign abortions.
He has also been working relentlessly to force physicians to either kill "unwanted children" or refer their patients to other baby killers.
His latest effort is to ensure that even more children are killed by removing the ban from embryonic stem cell experiments. To date, current research on embryonic stem cells has resulted in no promising results. Our President is a learned man -- he knows this fact.
He also knows that adult stem cells have proven to be extremely successful in finding cures to various ills. We all applaud the use of adult stem cells! Using adult stem cells is perfectly ethical -- no one has to die and no one should. Yet, Barack Obama is persistent and deliberate in his actions to continue the killing of babies.
One must ask: Why?
Why would anyone be so bent on helping to grow industries that include gruesome dismembering and experimentation on other human beings?
We are well aware that abortion and embryonic stem cell supporters lined the silk campaign pockets of our new President along the campaign trail, so it stands to reason that pay back is a core motive for adamantly supporting the killing of these very small children.
My hope is that President Barack Obama will see embryonic stem cell research for the monster it really is.
Using human beings as guinea pigs is the type of experimentation that was horrifically wrong when Hitler's Mengele did it and it is equally wrong for "America's Mengeles".
The first step in the process of 'in vitro fertilization' is the harvesting of the woman's eggs (usually two dozen or so). The next step in the laboratory, the identified eggs are stripped of surrounding cells and prepared for fertilization and then frozen. Some of the fertilized eggs are then implanted in the walls of her uterus, if the pregnancy is successful, then, the remaining frozen eggs; if unwanted by the woman, are discarded: (is this murder as well?)
What remains frozen in those test tubs is by no stretch, a human life. It’s just the first stage of an embryo; a blastisis (a few dozen cells at best). Yes, and some do have the potential to become a human life, but at that stage, one can’t even be seen, with the naked eye.
Stem cell research, offers the best hope we have in finding cures for a whole host of medical conditions: including diabetes, heart attack, the improved movement in spinal cord injury patients and more.
It saddens me to see, these ignorant fucking Christian morons are more concerned about the ethical treatment of medical waste and byproducts. Then, in the finding of new ways, that will actual help real human beings. I think if they’re this fucking concerned about this issue. Then they should all volunteer too, each host one or more of these unwanted frozen embryos, bring them to term, and raise it as their fucking own, (the men included). And if they’re not willing to do that, then just shut the fuck up, and stop being the voice of ignorance, while trying to be the voice of fucking morality!!!

EVANGELIST A. A. ALLEN:
Early one spring morning back in the 60's, my family and I were eating breakfast when we heard a knock at our door. Two Christian proselytizers informed my mother that the greatest man since Jesus had come to town. And he'd be conducting tent Church services in our neighborhood that evening. And come prepared to be saved and healed: (Wallets and purses in hand!)
My mom became real excited about this, and later on that evening, she headed off to the revival services with my siblings and I in tow. When we arrived at the tent, the service was all ready in progress. So we just took seats and began watching the show. As I looked around, I noticed that in the front row, were people in wheelchairs and lying around on stretchers. And on the right side of the stage, there was a coffin with flowers on top. After an hour or so, he said, he was starting to feel the presence of Jesus. And he was now ready to start performing miracles. And those wishing to be healed can start coming to the front of the stage.
A few folks started moving forward, but most remained seated. The first one to be healed was a lady in a wheelchair. She said in to the microphone; that she had been paralyzed now, for over 25 years. He then told her, "in the name of Jesus, you will, walk tonight." Then the organ started playing, and he put his hands on her head: then he started commanding her to stand up on her feet. After a few moments, she slowly began to rise up and out of her wheelchair. A few minutes later, she was running around, hands in the air praising Jesus, and acting like a fucking fool. He then healed about five others, which were in the front row. Then he made his way back on the stage, and approached the coffin. Standing next to it, was a woman crying and saying, that in that coffin was her husband, that had died two days earlier. As this guy started praying over her dead husband and the organ changed its tune. After a few minutes or so, the lid on the coffin began to rise. At this point I was scared shitless and just wanted too cry. And just then, I saw a man's head, rise up out of the coffin. The women started screaming, and so did I. As she bent over to grab him, the preacher held her back, saying, "just give him a few more moments, the miracle isn't over yet!" As this corpse was still awakening, and the organ changed its tune, this time playing an upbeat, and happy song. At this point, the service turned in too, what I can only describe as a healing frenzy. People were running up to the stage to be healed while the Church ushers, collected money in big baskets. This went on for an hour or so, before we left. My mom wrote this man a check that night, and placed it in one of the baskets. Later on that summer she received a free invitation, inviting her to his church camp in Miracle Valley, Arizona.
My mom decided to accept his invitation. So that next week, she headed for Arizona, my siblings and I in tow. We arrived on a Monday, besides the fact it was hot as hell, the place wasn't all that bad. Well the food was OK at least. There were Church services going on, almost the whole time we were there. But the fourth one that I attended: I saw something that I had seen before in the tent. The corpse which he was raising that day, was the same one from back in the spring. Me being a little kid and all, I first thought: boy, this guy must sure die a lot. But then as I started looking at the others that he was healing; I realized that they were the same ones from the tent service last spring. I pointed this out to my mom, but she didn't seem too concerned. She said he was just doing god's work.
